Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any such charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

By placing an order through our store, you acknowledge that shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
